Job Summary
The Business Solutions & Data Analytics Intern will support the BSDA team in driving data-informed decision-making, create dashboards/reports with Power BI, write SQL queries, use Python for data analysis and automation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, clean and organize large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, contribute to data modeling and reporting enhancements, evaluate emerging AI tools, and document processes.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python and SQL required
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high levels of data accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in a business environment, including AI-related tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
