Job Summary
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and webinars for prospective clients to showcase Zoho's Finance, HR, and Payroll solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, determine technical needs, and design customized solutions using the Zoho suite. Respond to requests for information and proposals, handling implementations per client specifications while acting as a liaison between sales, product management, and engineering. Provide training and technical support during trial and implementation phases, and relay customer feedback to the product development team for feature improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products in the Africa market to offer strategic insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, specifically within Finance, HR and Payroll applications
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes, payroll systems, and related regulatory requirements in the Africa market
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Zoho's suite of products, particularly Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People and other financial management tools
