Develop and manage employer relationships to increase employment opportunities for campus graduates. Build and maintain sustainable, long-term partnerships with local, regional and national employers; identify job leads and job orders for graduate placement through prospecting, off-site meetings, and cold-calls; maintain accurate records of employer visits and opportunities in CampusVue; collaborate with Career Coaches to align opportunities with available graduates and upcoming graduates; deliver daily and weekly reports; contribute to campus branding and community engagement; demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; support in gathering employment verification reports when needed; operate with independent judgment to prioritize activities and drive outcomes.
