Job Summary
Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase Business Banking NFP clients by proactively providing comprehensive business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of the businesses. Plan and conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and goals; identify growth opportunities through Zoom and phone engagement; educate and guide clients on Chase online systems. Identify and promote solutions within risk parameters to ensure profitability of the portfolio. Manage a portfolio of 250 high-value NFP clients by cultivating relationships for a seamless client experience. Understand short-term and long-term capital needs to identify credit opportunities up to $250,000 and optimize cash management, card, and payment solutions. Own client experience end-to-end, coordinating with service teams and escalating issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or portfolio management role, or related business experience
- Maintain strong Zoom/phone-based and written communication skills with individuals at all levels internally and externally
- Ability to proactively build relationships with clients and internal partners, and influence others in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired outcomes
- General knowledge of core business products and services including deposit, lending, and cash management
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
