Job Summary
Business Banking role focused on delivering tailored financial solutions and education to Chase Business Banking clients. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-value business and Not-for-Profit clients (225–275), planning and conducting regular client meetings via Zoom/phone, identifying growth opportunities, educating clients on Chase online systems, and coordinating with service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Requires proactive relationship-building, strong communication, knowledge of core business products, risk awareness, and ability to identify and recommend appropriate banking solutions to meet client needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of related Business Banking/portfolio management experience; located in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or portfolio management role, or related business experience
- Strong Zoom/phone-based and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners, and influence others in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of core business products and services including deposit, lending, and cash management
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
