Job Summary
Lead a team of Business Solutions Bankers to manage a portfolio of business and Not-for-Profit clients, driving deposit, cash management, and credit solutions while prioritizing client experience and risk management. Recruit, coach, and develop the team; foster diversity and inclusion; build cross-functional relationships across lines of business; guide client engagements via Zoom and phone, and ensure effective use of Chase online systems. Occasional travel for key meetings and training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business banking relationship management role or related experience
- Prior experience managing a team responsible for strengthening client relationships
- Proven ability to lead proactively through change
- Expert knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and advanced knowledge of business credit underwriting
- Maintain strong communication skills with individuals at all levels internally and externally
- Consistently uses a disciplined process to manage time; uses time strategically to balance long-term and day-to-day demands of management role
- Ability to analyze reports, metrics, and other data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and influence others to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel occasionally for key business and leadership meetings and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Business Central
