Job Summary
Lead a team of Business Solutions Bankers to develop deposit, cash management, and credit solutions while focusing on relationship-building and client experience. Leverage knowledge of banking trends and internal tools to identify, promote, and deliver client-centered financial solutions within risk parameters. Coach and manage performance, recruit and promote diversity, and maintain a high-performing team. Drive client engagement through Zoom and screen-share demonstrations, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure timely resolution of client needs. Collaborate with partners across lines of business (INK, Chase Payment Services, 401K, Virtual Bank). Travel occasionally for key business and leadership meetings and training. This role requires senior-level leadership, extensive relationship-management experience in business banking, and a proven track record of guiding teams to grow portfolios and profitability. The position aligns with Chase Bank’s Business Banking leadership objectives and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business banking relationship management role or related experience
- Prior experience managing a team responsible for strengthening client relationships
- Proven ability to lead proactively through change
- Expert knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and advanced knowledge of business credit underwriting
- Maintain strong communication skills with individuals at all levels internally and externally
- Consistently uses a disciplined process to manage time; uses time strategically to balance long-term and day-to-day demands of management role
- Ability to analyze reports, metrics, and other data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and influence others to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel occasionally for key business and leadership meetings and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Business Central
