Job Summary
Lead and develop the Business Solutions Bankers (BSBs) team in Business Banking, overseeing a portfolio of business and Not-for-Profit clients. Drive client experience, risk management, and profitability by identifying and promoting deposit, cash management, and credit solutions up to $500K. Recruit, coach, and retain top talent; manage client relationships and guide teams in leveraging internal partners to meet client needs. Build cross-functional collaborations with lines of business and use tools like Zoom and Chase online systems to educate and assist clients. Role requires leadership, strategic oversight, and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business banking relationship management role or related experience
- Prior experience managing a team responsible for strengthening client relationships
- Proven ability to lead proactively through change
- Expert knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and advanced knowledge of business credit underwriting
- Maintain strong communication skills with individuals at all levels internally and externally
- Consistently uses a disciplined process to manage time; uses time strategically to balance long-term and day-to-day demands of management role
- Ability to analyze reports, metrics, and other data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and influence others to achieve desired outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel occasionally for key business and leadership meetings and training
