Business Solutions Analyst III

Business Solutions Analyst III with a focus on translating ambiguous business needs into actionable, design-led solutions. Responsibilities include framing problems, partnering with stakeholders, facilitating structured requirements gathering and workshops (including AI-assisted analysis), creating clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, developing end-to-end business processes, and producing wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes. Collaborates with UX/UI and product teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals; aligns process design with system capabilities and data flows; leverages AI-enabled insights to accelerate requirements gathering and improve delivery. Drives continuous improvement through governance, agile delivery, and the use of modern tools and AI agents for research synthesis and journey mapping.
