Job Summary
Conduct client meetings and present customized borrowing and banking solutions to help clients achieve financial goals. Acquire new and deepen existing relationships by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank to recommend alternative financial services aligned with unique priorities. Balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by making decisions on client requests and referring needs to appropriate internal partners. Partner with financial center leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates during meetings. Requires proven success with business-to-business sales and small business banking, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Required Qualifications
- Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
- Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients
- Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution
- Has a proven sales track record
- Can build productive partnerships and working relationships
- Is experienced with outbound phone sales
- Has a High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills
- Experience with in-person customer service and sales
- Experience working with small business clients
- Experience meeting or exceeding goals
- Has a working knowledge of small business products and services
- Is bilingual
