Job Summary

Business Solutions Advisor responsible for providing specialized, personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients across the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings. Role involves acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to help clients achieve financial goals, while balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care through specialized expertise. Training occurs at one financial center with potential placement at another within a reasonable commuting distance. Requires building relationships, managing outreach and pipeline activities, and guiding clients toward appropriate financial services.

Required Qualifications

  • Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients
  • Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
  • Experience with outbound phone sales
  • Bilingual Spanish Skills (desired qualifications mention)
