Job Summary
Provides specialized and personalized financial center service by offering borrowing and banking solutions to clients through the full spectrum of offerings at each stage of their life plan. Builds and deepens client relationships by meeting with clients and presenting customized solutions to help achieve financial goals. Balances sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging specialized expertise. Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-ups to meet client needs. Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to appropriate internal partners. Partners with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to coach financial center associates during meetings to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients
- Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
- Experience outbound phone sales
- Knowledge of small business products and services
