Job Summary
Optimize service systems for warranty processing in the automotive industry by developing and implementing indemnity strategies and harmonizing department-specific processes. Define IT solutions and lead implementation recommendations for the new guarantee system while collaborating with software providers. Support management with decision proposals for strategic planning and assist departments in defining requirements through process management expertise. Develop and execute a rollout strategy in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Requires a degree in computer science or engineering, experience in IT projects within the automotive sector, and proficiency in Agile methods and project management tools. Full-time position with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit JIRA, Confluence, OneNote und anderen Projektmanagement- und Dokumentationstools
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Kompetenz in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im internationalen Automotive-Umfeld
