Job Summary

Lead travel, logistics, events, scheduling, and expense policy/administration for Canonical's global operations. Manage travel approvals, logistics and operations, as well as expense reviews in line with policies. Plan complex company events four times per year, oversee offices that provide executive briefing facilities, and support global duty of care and safety programs. Provide traditional executive assistance services across departments, scheduling meetings, coordinating monthly reports, handling delegated approvals for travel and expenses, collaborating with suppliers, and running small projects or initiatives. The role requires exceptional coordination, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and the ability to operate in a global, multicultural organization. Travel up to four times a year, with events lasting up to two weeks. Distributed work environment with in-person sprints and a remote-first culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or business subject
