Job Summary
Business Services Specialist will close customer accounts, banking products or services, and perform money transfers. Responsibilities include payment investigation and administration of incorrect transactions, providing information to customers, other banks or third parties, collaborating to resolve daily issues, and participating in process automation and development initiatives. The role supports back-office administrative processes within the Close Account Services team of Customer Lifecycle Services, working with colleagues to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. The team size is up to 14, and the position emphasizes sharing knowledge and contributing to a learning culture while delivering high-quality service.
