Job Summary
Service-oriented Business Services Representative accountable for servicing the Southern Hub with service-related commercial activities to maximize service sales at Point of Sale, including tender responses, pricing negotiations, upsell and renewal of MMS portfolio, and collaboration with Commercial, Tender Management, Professional Services, Customer Success Management, and Service Readiness. Responsibilities include handling tender requests, presenting proposals and pricing, visiting customers as needed, managing quotes and contracts, coordinating invoicing and data quality in systems, tracking service revenue and forecasts, and achieving defined revenue goals while fostering long-term customer relationships across Spain and Italy.
Required Qualifications
- Min bachelor’s degree in science, business or equal by experience
- Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish
