Job Summary

Coordinate and execute administrative support services for facility operations across the state office geographic area, including facility leasing and management, space planning, office moves, safety and security inspections, remedial actions, coordinating office maintenance, and contract initiation and management. Provides consultative services and technical assistance to customers in agency programs; analyzes program requests, develops action plans, and collaborates with contractors, lessors, and internal/external contacts to ensure continued service delivery. Oversees and coordinates space allocation, vendor relationships, asset management, and reporting; plans and supervises the work of others; requires regular travel and the ability to respond to emergencies; requires a valid Texas driver’s license and the ability to work outside normal hours when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in business operations and processes is preferred.
  • Experience in contract management, facility leasing and facility management preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Preferred supervisory, managerial, or technical work experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing as demonstrated in the application.
  • Ability to travel locally and across the state which may include overnight stays.
