Job Summary
Oversee a varied client portfolio of international, corporate, privately owned businesses, and high net worth families while building close working relationships to provide proactive growth solutions. Develop actionable growth recommendations for innovative clients and implement commercial structures to assist them achieve their business and personal goals. Lead and develop a team of associates and senior associates through training and mentoring to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion. Engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and develop a specialisation of choice. Work from home options are available alongside team connection days, with a 9-day fortnight structure maintaining no reduction in salary.
Required Qualifications
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Solid base Finance degree or similar
- Experience with privately owned businesses, high net worth families and corporate clients
- Proven leadership of robust strategic advisory projects with a high level of independence and autonomy
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
- Driven and growth focus to elevate service offerings
- Demonstrated flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving
- 9 day fortnight with no reduction in salary
