Job Summary
Manager in Grant Thornton's Perth Private Enterprise team leads a portfolio of large privately-owned businesses, builds close relationships with clients, offers proactive practical solutions, and develops commercial structures to help clients achieve goals while inspiring and guiding Associates and Senior Associates. Requires CA/CPA or equivalent qualifications, diverse business advisory experience, and strong leadership with stakeholder influence in a professional services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s)
- CA / CPA qualified, or other relevant industry accreditation(s)
- Diverse business advisory experience (including private business and high-net-worth clients), leading the delivery of high-quality and robust strategic projects
- Significant people management and leadership capabilities, with genuine care for your people
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
