Job Summary
Join Alantra's Business Services team as a M&A Associate, where you will gain hands-on experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, from origination to execution. The role involves significant client and investor interaction, preparation of business plans and valuation materials, and detailed financial analysis. You will actively contribute to business development initiatives and have exposure to live high-quality transactions in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional experience
- ACA qualification
- Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
