Business Services & Compliance Manager

Job Summary
The Business Services & Compliance Manager will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and join ACCA's Global Business Services team to support Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia offices. The role focuses on promoting and championing risk and compliance management, ensuring regulatory licensing, implementing controls for operational and compliance risks, leading business continuity planning, delivering health, safety and environmental requirements, managing office facilities and IT support, and overseeing contract management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. The role requires cross-border responsibility, strong stakeholder relationships, and proficiency in word processing and Excel to support finance, estates, facilities, HSE, security, and national-office compliance activities. The position is a full-time fixed-term contract for maternity coverage and reports to the Regional Head of Business Services and Compliance for the APAC region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in compliance, data privacy and risk management
- Experience in Health and Safety, Facilities Management, budgeting and forecasting and commercial contract management and supervision
- Strong academic background, including good class of degree
- Experience of a remit which includes cross-border responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external contacts
- The ability to deal effectively with large volumes of work to strict deadlines by having a well organised, logical and methodical approach
- Very good word processing and Excel skills and desire to work with technologies to incorporate spreadsheet and similar IT skills
- Enthusiasm to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
