Job Summary
Provide exceptional member service by supporting the opening of business accounts and loans. Collaborates with Commercial Lenders and management to support business deposit and loan sales and servicing, with emphasis on clear, consistent communication. Conducts loan interviews, assesses business member needs, opens new business memberships and add-on deposit products, maintains business accounts, researches and resolves member issues, and stays informed on SCCU business lending and deposit promotions to deliver accurate information and ensure profitable member relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years prior experience in a business loan administration and/or mortgage loan servicing role or equivalent
- prior experience in business loan processing/interviewing or 1 to 3 years proven sales & customer service experience
- High School education or GED required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
