Business Service Representative

Business Service Representative responsible for Marketing Support, Lead Development, and Customer Relationship Building. Drives outbound marketing efforts, follows up on marketing-qualified leads within 24–48 hours, and supports seasonal campaigns and promotions. Serves as the salesperson-in-training to bridge digital marketing with personal service, recommends products and Pro+ enrollment, and tracks lead quality and campaign results. Provides order support and account maintenance, processes inbound orders, routes complex issues, maintains customer records, and assists during peak seasons. Emphasizes building long-term relationships with small to mid-size businesses and delivering consultative guidance, while representing the company’s commitment to exceptional service.
