Job Summary
An opportunity to provide administrative and operational support across the service team, including handling inquiries via shared inboxes, assisting the Service Delivery Manager, maintaining accurate customer, service, and operational records, supporting field service engineers with day-to-day queries, escalating and resolving issues, delivering high-quality customer service, liaising with customers and internal teams, producing service documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve service administration processes and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Service Administration, Coordination, or Customer Service role.
