Job Summary
Business Segment Lead responsible for leading multiple segments (Tech, Industry, New Segments) across Europe, overseeing market intelligence, pricing, and go-to-market strategy to drive segment leadership. Collaborates with Product, Insurance, Sales, and Marketing; owns or advises on P&L and resource allocation; works with product teams to align offerings with market needs; requires 8+ years of leadership experience, fluent French and strong English, and willingness to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona, or to work remotely from these regions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading a business or product segment
- full working proficiency in French
- advanced English
- ability to influence transversally and collaborate cross-functionally
- experience with market sizing, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- P&L ownership or accountability
- experience with data analysis and market insights
- willingness to relocate to listed cities (Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, Barcelona) or work remotely from those regions
