Business Screening Team Lead

Job Summary
Lead and manage Screening teams to achieve performance metrics, quality targets, and team satisfaction while optimizing structure for supply and capacity planning. Plan and execute new initiatives, create specializations, and hire screeners to support vertical growth. Monitor key metrics including passing rates and activation speed, analyze team performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve reporting and talent evaluation. Maintain documentation for screening processes and policies in compliance with cross-vertical standards. Serve as an escalation point for talent disputes, investigate issues, and coach screeners. Collaborate with internal teams, vertical subject matter experts, and QA managers to implement requirements and establish a customer-centric approach.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in operational management (managing projects, teams, business workflows)
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the IT field is preferred
- Experience with SDLC is preferred
