Job Summary
Sell ADT security and smart business solutions to small business customers by visiting their locations, tailoring systems to fit their operations, and collaborating with owners and decision-makers. Demonstrate value, guide customers to the right security/automation/life-safety options, conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments, and cultivate new business opportunities within your territory. Requires traveling to customer sites, building trust, adapting solutions to customer needs, and leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive referrals and long-term relationships. Compensation emphasizes uncapped commissions with substantial earning potential; mileage reimbursement and benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Consumer sales experience preferred but not required
