Job Summary

Demonstrate value of innovative security and smart business solutions to small business customers while recommending tailored options. Visit customers at their businesses to customize systems that combine security, automation, and life-safety technology. Listen and build trust by showing integrity and expertise, then conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships. Identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth. Travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Additional licensing may be needed based on location
Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment
Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution
Ability to customize each system to fit the business's layout, operations, and security needs
Ability to conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers
