Job Summary
Demonstrate the value of innovative security and smart business solutions to small business customers by listening, building trust, and recommending tailored options that fit their layout and operations. Visit customers at their businesses to customize systems combining security, automation, and life-safety technology, while conducting post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships. Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your designated territory to maximize outreach and growth. This role requires self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel using their own vehicle. Compensation includes uncapped commissions with new advisors earning up to $85,000 and experienced advisors over $150,000.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Additional licensing may be needed based on location
- Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
- Adaptable and flexible
- Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required
