Job Summary
Business Sales Representative at ADT responsible for visiting small business customers to demonstrate security and smart business solutions, customize systems to fit client operations, conduct post-installation follow-ups, and cultivate new leads within a defined territory. Must travel using own vehicle, build trusted advisor relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and guide customers to the right security/automation solutions. Compensation is uncapped commissions with a training wage, plus benefits; requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to travel within a designated territory (own vehicle, mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and solution-oriented
- Experience in consumer or small business sales preferred but not required
