Job Summary
Demonstrate value of innovative security and smart business solutions to small business customers by visiting their locations, listening to needs, and recommending tailored options combining security, automation, and life-safety technology. Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your designated territory while building trust through integrity and empathy. Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships for referrals. Requires self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals with a valid driver's license, willingness to travel using your own vehicle, and strong communication skills. Compensation includes uncapped commissions with new advisors earning $85,000 and experienced advisors over $150,000, plus training stipends and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Additional licensing may be needed based on location
- Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
- Adaptable and flexible
