Job Summary
Program Manager for AI/server/data center NPI programs coordinating cross-functional teams to drive new product launches from development through mass production; develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage risks and issues, drive production readiness, facilitate regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership; ensure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning); support transition from prototype builds to mass production; require 2–3 years of PM experience, exposure to hardware programs, and proficiency with PM tools; based in Santa Clara, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus)
- Bachelords degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working with server, storage, networking, or data center hardware
- Familiarity with supply chain, production ramp, and factory operations
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
