Business Sales Executive

Lead store operations, manage staffing and inventory, and drive profitability through cost control, upselling, and local promotional initiatives. Coach and train team members while ensuring full compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, and accurately process daily in-store transactions. Prepare and analyse financial reports including P&L statements and budget forecasts to track performance across franchise locations. Lead B2B sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, quoting terms, arranging deliveries, and conducting follow-up visits to secure repeat business. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and senior leadership to implement initiatives, set sales targets, and produce strategic recommendations. Monitor competitor activity, analyse customer feedback, and suggest product improvements tailored to the local market. Full UK driving licence required; 40-hour week.
