Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for hunting and growing wireless/tech solutions in the Boston–Taunton area, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored multi-product solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads within the territory through cold-calling, partner-selling, and social selling; retaining and expanding the existing customer base; building relationships with key decision makers; presenting solutions to demonstrate business impact; and utilizing Salesforce/CRM tools to track progress. The role is hybrid with travel to customer sites, requires strong relationship-building and presentation skills, and offers a commission-based compensation structure with base pay and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience
- Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation
- Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
