Job Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and reporting for the business unit’s first line of defense risk management function, ensuring documentation of key processes and internal controls across the division; identify, assess, and report risks per the Enterprise Risk Framework and ICS FLOD Program; monitor KRIs, assist with Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and risk reporting to management and committees; escalate issues and oversee remediation plans; develop and oversee policies, respond to internal/external requests related to policies; coach and mentor staff; partner with business units to identify emerging risks related to products, services, markets, and channels; maintain relationships with Internal Audit, Corporate Operational Risk, and Compliance; manage staffing, performance, and promotions in line with risk and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years’ relevant work experience specific to the business unit supported, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 13 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 9 years’ relevant work experience specific to the business unit supported
