Job Summary
Business Resiliency Senior Associate on the Global Risk & Compliance-focused team. Delivers operational resilience self-assessment reporting across jurisdictions, performs data analysis and visualization of resilience metrics, becomes the subject matter expert on global regulations and best practices, conducts formal gap analyses against JPM policies, drives resilience change initiatives across multiple disciplines, supports regulatory examinations and internal audits, and builds relationships with senior managers to align global resilience with local obligations.

- Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight timelines
- Understanding of risk & controls management and resiliency concepts
- Experience balancing multiple delivery requests
- Experience in regulatory compliance related roles (preferred)
- Experience facilitating governance/oversight or risk management/business management roles
- Track record of delivering senior management reporting / board-level reporting
- Experience working in financial services or Commercial & Investment Banking environments
- Ability to build cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk and Technology
