Job Summary
VP-level leadership role leading design and execution of the firm’s business resiliency strategy in London. Lead development of the Operating Framework for business continuity, perform risk and impact assessments, provide guidance to senior leaders and regulators, deliver executive-level resiliency reporting, drive training and awareness, lead incident response and regulatory reporting, and oversee regulatory engagements and audits to ensure compliance with industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, FFIEC). Strategic, cross-functional leadership with a focus on governance, risk management, and organizational preparedness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business resiliency, risk management, or business continuity within a regulated industry
- Ability to develop and execute strategic resiliency initiatives across complex organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and regulators
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities focused on practical solutions
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- Experience managing regulatory engagements and audits aligned with financial industry guidelines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline
