Job Summary
Business Resiliency Associate will support the resiliency quality assurance process to ensure adherence to company-wide policies and standards, participate in UAT testing for ERMA releases, provide guidance on resiliency programs and toolsets, support metrics/data requests, assist with regulatory due diligences/inspections, and raise awareness of the Resiliency framework. The role requires strong communication and relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple delivery requests while meeting tight timelines. Experience in risk & controls, governance, and incident/crisis management activities is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in the Financial Services industry, with a good understanding of the products and markets in which CIB operates.
- Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload.
- Prior experience of facilitating formal Governance or working in a Risk & Controls / Business Management/ Operational Controls related role.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of Risk & Controls management.
