Job Summary
Elicit, analyze, and manage business requirements by organizing workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings; act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; document and maintain detailed business and functional requirements; model and analyze business processes and value streams; perform impact, gap, feasibility, and SWOT analyses; analyze data to recommend process and system improvements; contribute to UX/UI validation, drafting use cases, and validating system functionality against requirements; ensure requirements are captured and tracked in systems like JIRA within Agile cycles; provide Level 2 functional support, produce high-quality documentation, and assist in training end users.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis within large organizations and complex information systems environments
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA
- Hands-on experience in business process modelling and analysis using industry-standard tools
- Knowledge of UX/UI concepts including wireframing and user-centered design principles
- Understanding of information systems, ICT environments, and business process optimization
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
