Job Summary
Schedule and conduct presentations to promote membership, products, and services at on-site events, collaborating with partners to establish credit union tables in the Nashville community. Act as an ambassador to cultivate robust brand awareness across a defined territory of grocery stores, driving account openings through consistent communication via phone, email, and personal visits to retail locations. Lead the charge in new memberships and loan referrals while proactively engaging online banking users and showcasing products at sponsored events, trade shows, and networking gatherings. Maintain reporting on community outreach initiatives, research networking opportunities for management, and assist the marketing team with new branch openings. This role requires travel to multiple store locations in the greater Nashville area and access to an automobile.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a bank or credit union
- Must have access to an automobile
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Adequate automobile-related insurance
- The flexibility to travel to multiple store locations in the greater Nashville area
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively through listening and interacting with members and associates
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport
- Presentation skills to create and deliver compelling presentations to effectively communicate information and ideas
- Strong financial product knowledge
