Job Summary
Proactively identify business prospects through targeted marketing and outreach while cultivating relationships with commercial, treasury, and retail banking clients. Present lending and deposit solutions by analyzing financial statements, assessing industry trends, and evaluating client risk profiles to determine creditworthiness. Collaborate with internal teams including credit underwriters and analysts to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and monitor portfolio quality for adherence to policy. Represent the bank in the community to generate business and identify CRA opportunities by networking with centers of influence and internal referral sources.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred
- Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships
- Business RM I: 3 years of relevant experience in related field, preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business RM II: 4 years of relevant experience in related field, preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to complete a high volume of work with accuracy
