Job Summary
BRM Senior Not-for-Profit in Business Banking; manages a portfolio of 50-65 Not-for-Profit client relationships, proactively grows the base by prospecting new clients, and provides customized banking products and solutions with a focus on profitability and risk management. Requires 8+ years in business banking or related lending, a Finance-related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), deep knowledge of Not-for-Profit regulatory/risk requirements, ability to navigate RFPs and due diligence, and a strong local network including Chambers of Commerce and Not-for-Profit boards. Responsible for credit opportunities up to $40 million, delivering trusted advisory service, and maintaining regulatory compliance while expanding client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the unique requirements, laws, regulations, and risk management for Not-for-Profit client base
- Familiarity with the formal Request For Proposal process and due diligence
