Job Summary
Senior Deepening Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in Business Banking responsible for managing a portfolio of large clients with annual revenue >$5M. Focuses on deposit and cash management solutions, client retention and growth, and cross-collaboration with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Builds high-touch client experiences, employs risk management practices, leverages treasury products and product specialists to onboard new relationships, and conducts regular in-person/virtual meetings at clients’ places of business to deepen primary banking relationships. Strong emphasis on understanding client needs, market trends, and delivering customized banking solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
- knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues and follow through with commitments
- Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage under pressure
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; navigates ambiguity to get things done
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
