Job Summary
Senior Deepening Business Banking Relationship Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M, delivering deposit and cash management solutions, managing up to ~$15M in credit, deepening relationships, and leveraging referrals to grow primary banking relationships while collaborating with Branch, Wealth Management, and product specialists to provide tailored financial solutions and maintain risk management compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ managing clients >$10+MM revenue
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
- Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training
