Job Summary
Senior Deepening BRM in Chase Business Banking manages a portfolio of ~100 large business clients (> $5M in annual revenue), focusing on deposit acquisition, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M. Delivers customized banking solutions, builds high-touch client relationships, retains and grows client relationships, and collaborates with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to deliver integrated solutions, while adhering to risk management and regulatory requirements. Regularly conducts in-person and virtual client engagements at client sites to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships and leverages referrals to expand the client base. Requires deep knowledge of banking products, credit underwriting, and market trends, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting
- Ability to influence others and build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of large business clients and deliver customized solutions
- Experience with risk management practices and regulatory adherence
