Job Summary
Senior Business Relationship Manager (Deepening) in Chase's Business Banking practice manages a portfolio of large, profitable business clients with revenue >$5M, focusing on deposit acquisition, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~ $15M. Responsibilities include deepening existing relationships, delivering tailored banking solutions, leveraging referrals to acquire new clients, and collaborating with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions while maintaining risk controls. The role involves regular in-person or virtual client interactions at client locations, strong knowledge of treasury products, and the ability to identify proactive, customized solutions that support client growth and profitability. Requires a minimum of 5 years in a related business banking/credit role, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience). Location: Irvine, CA. Full-time senior banking opportunity with a focus on high-touch client experience and regulatory awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training
- Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
