Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of 80-100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M, delivering tailored business banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and up to ~$15M in credit. Build high-touch relationships, deepen existing accounts, and generate referrals to acquire new relationships. Conduct regular in-person/virtual client interactions at client sites; collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance while maintaining client profitability. Requires 5+ years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong knowledge of treasury products and underwriting, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues and follow through with commitments
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across levels
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
