Job Summary
Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) Deepening responsible for managing a portfolio of large business clients (>US$5M annual revenue), focusing on deposit acquisition, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M. Drive client retention and growth through high-touch relationship management, leveraging referrals and collaboration with branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank teams. Conduct regular in-person/virtual client meetings at client sites, provide tailored financial solutions, monitor risk and regulatory adherence, and deepen existing relationships while expanding primary banking relationships. Requires at least 5 years in a business banking/relationship management role, strong knowledge of deposit/cash management products and business credit underwriting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to build and deepen client relationships and manage risk
