Job Summary
Build and deepen relationships with a portfolio of large business clients (> $5MM revenue) by delivering customized banking solutions (deposits, cash management, credit) and coordinating with product specialists to onboard and grow relationships; manage ~100 clients with up to $15M in credit opportunities, leveraging referrals and cross-functional collaboration to sustain profitability and risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
- knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients’ issues and follow through with commitments
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative
