Business Relationship Manager Senior Acquisition-Vice President

Job Summary
Lead and manage a portfolio of ~40 business clients and ~60 prospects with annual revenue >$3M, delivering tailored business banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15M. Drive business development and client retention through in-person/virtual meetings, leveraging internal partnerships with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Middle Market, and One Chase to expand opportunities. Build a high-touch client experience focused on risk management and cross-sell of banking products, while utilizing industry and market knowledge to anticipate client needs and deliver proactive financial solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to onboard new accounts, ensuring end-to-end delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements; maintain strong referral networks to grow the portfolio and deepen primary banking relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
- Knowledge of business credit underwriting with commercial credit training
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm
- Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
- Ability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes and leverage technology to interact with clients effectively and efficiently
- Strong tactical business development and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
